4. Use of Server Hosting Services
You may use the hosting services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

Use the server for activities such as illegal file sharing, hacking, phishing, spamming, or other malicious activities.

Host or transmit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, is abusive, defamatory, or otherwise illegal.

5. Payment and Billing
By subscribing to our offshore server hosting services, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services provided. Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide valid payment information, and you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees for the term of the hosting service. We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time. You will be notified of such changes before they take effect.

6. Server Resources and Restrictions
We provide various offshore hosting plans that allocate specific resources to your server, including CPU, RAM, disk space, bandwidth, and other server resources. Your use of these resources should comply with the limitations specified in the plan you selected.

If you exceed the allocated resources, we may request that you upgrade to a higher-tier plan or impose additional charges for the excess usage.

7. Security and Data Protection
You are responsible for the security and protection of the data on your server. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the security of our servers, you agree to:

Regularly update your server’s operating system and software to protect against vulnerabilities.

Implement appropriate security measures such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and encryption.

Back up your data regularly to prevent loss of data due to server failure or other issues.

You acknowledge that we do not assume responsibility for the loss of data or unauthorized access to your server and its data. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach involving your server.

8. Backups and Data Loss
While we may provide optional backup services, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the availability and integrity of your data. We do not guarantee the restoration of data after server failure or loss, and you agree to take your own backup measures.

We recommend that you set up and maintain your own backup system to ensure that your data is protected against loss.

9. Termination and Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and server hosting services at any time, without prior notice, if we detect any violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other behavior that could harm our infrastructure or other customers.

You may terminate your server hosting account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your server or any data stored on it, and you are responsible for ensuring that any important data is backed up before termination.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property found on the Site or associated with the Services are the property of OffshoreServer.org or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without our express written consent.

Any software, configurations, or custom setups installed on your server may be subject to separate licenses and terms of use.
